His career began in the City, including specialist experience trading commodities across base and precious metals markets. Over the years, Jim has developed extensive expertise in trading techniques, investment strategy and managing opportunities across multiple asset classes.

Having held board-level positions within private client investment and financial advisory firms, Jim combines technical market knowledge with leadership experience and a practical understanding of client needs.

Jim joined the Convexus board in 2019 before relocating permanently to the Isle of Man with his family in 2021.

With more than 20 years' experience across financial services and investment management, Miles specialises in building resilient investment strategies designed for changing market environments.

His expertise spans multi-asset investing, liquid alternatives and portfolio construction, with a strong emphasis on disciplined risk management and long-term client outcomes.
